# Terms of Use

By downloading or using Pinit you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

## Licence

You may install and use Pinit on Macs you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, rent out or sublicense the app, and you may not decompile or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot be excluded by law.

## Free to use

Pinit is free to download and use. The current version has no subscription and no in-app purchase. If we ever offer paid extras, they will be clearly labelled as such, and nothing that is free today will be taken away to make room for them.

## No warranty

Pinit is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will fit any particular purpose.

## Your content

What you pin is yours, and it stays on your Mac — we neither receive it nor claim any right to it. Web pages you pin belong to the websites that publish them and are subject to those websites' own terms. Making sure you are allowed to view and keep what you pin is up to you.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
